How many days?

Couple, mid 50's making our 1st trip to Disneyland. Neither of us likes roller coaster type rides and one of us gets sick on things that go round and round like the old tilt a world ride. So how many days would you suggest we go?

Maybe a week. because you could always go to a park with rides and then come back to the hotel and relax
