How many days of meals do we get?

I'm going from October 17th-25th. Do I get a quick service and a sit down on the days we arrive as well as the checkout day?

It's based on the nights you stay, so it looks like you will have 8 of each for everyone in your party.

That is correct, it goes by how many nights you are staying but you can use them on the day that you arrive - after check in to midnight of the day that you leave.
