We have Guests come into the Disney Store all the time and ask if we can tell them how many days are left on their Hopper Passes. Unfortunately we cannot--don't have the equipment to do that.
My suggestion is that each time you use a Hopper to enter a park, you place a hashmark (/) on the back of the ticket. You can tell how many days have been used just by turning it over and checking your marks. Putting a hashmark on the ticket in pen does not create any problems in using the ticket. I know as I have done this for some time now. Guess if you have the new DC plastic type Hopper ticket that you would need to use a Sharpie permanent marker or something like that.
Hope this helps someone.
