How many days do you allocate to each park?

This is what we usually do, it is just my DH and I

2 days MK
2 days Epcot
1 day MGM
1/2 day AK(this trip we plan on trying to a full day)
1 free day to do anything we did not get to do or ride somethings again

Because the parks close early (like AK closing at 5:00) we usually do DTD almost every night. I like just being able to walk around and look in the shops at DTD.

::MickeyMo We used to do a 1/2 day at AK as well and then tried the whole day thing. It really worked out and we got to do some things we normally wouldn't have. For example, the Pangani Forest Trails, Rafiki's Planet Watch, etc. other than just Dinosaur, Primeval Whirl, Tough to be a Bug and the Safari's. Since the park closes at 5 anyway, we're planning HDDR for the night. ::MinnieMo

I think you'll have plenty of time for DQ on AK day. Just get to AK at park opening and have a plan of what you want to see. I would advise you to skip the train to Rafiki Planet Watch if you are pressed for time because it takes quite a bit of time and really isn't much to see. JMHO! We don't usually walk the trek or do the trail, but do the Safari, FOTLK, ITTBAB, Kali, Dinoland and Dinosaur and have lunch at Flame Tree Barbecue. We are usually done at AK by 2 pm and head over to MGM, so you should be fine for DQ!

I was thinking with the weather that kali would be out of the question? I dont want to get sick or have to stand around in wet clothes when it's cold outside... so that would ask another question, will the weather allow us to ride water rides during the cold days? I think i will go ahead and get the tickets for DQ and if we decide we don't want to do it I can always just ebay them for what I paid for them...

Thanks!
Jaime

Every day of my trip is a park day for us. AP holders for a long time, sometimes we just go to the park to eat and people watch, catch a show, maybe a ride, do a little shopping. I can't imagine being in WDW and not going into one of the parks every day.

I'm going in December with two of my boys ages 5 and 2. It is just a short trip :( Here is what we are doing....
Thursday-arrive and MVMCP
Friday-MGM
Saturday-AK/MK
Sunday-Epcot/MK
Monday-Chef Mickey and depart
