Minnie's Breakfast at the Plaza Inn has the most...I have seen. We saw Minnie, Tigger, Pooh, Cptn Hook, Max, the Fairy Godmother, Chip and Dale.

I've seen these, plus Rafiki and Eeyore. We generally see 10 characters at Minnie's, the rest of the meals have five at the most.

As the PPs have said, the most consistent locations with a wide range of characters is Minnie's Breakfast at the Plaza Inn. There really aren't that many character meal options at DLR and most all are breakfasts.

• Plaza Inn (breakfast) (DL) - Minnie and friends. This is one of the most random assortment of characters that I've seen (I was just walking by and I saw Minnie, the Fairy Godmother, Max, Rafiki, Tigger and Eeyore one time).
• Ariel's Grotto (breakfast and lunch) - Princesses (e.g., Ariel, Snow White, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, etc.)
• Storytellers (breakfast) (GCH) - Woodland animals (I've seen Chip, Dale, Koda, Kenai, and Meeko).
• Goofy's Kitchen (all meals) - Goofy and friends
• PCH Grill (breakfast) - Mickey and friends (I saw Pluto, Minnie, Daisy, and Stitch).

Goofy's Kitchen is Goofy, Pluto, Minnie, Chip and Dale.

It's not even a contest. Minnie's by far.

I hope they keep their hands off of it and let it stay that way.

Goofy's used to be a close second, but not any more.
