How many beds in a Cat 11?

Can anyone tell me how many beds are in a category 11 stateroom please?
I know the descriptions for the staterooms say that some sleep 4 how do they fit 4 beds in? I know there is a queen size bed and a single sofa bed but where is the 4th person supposed to sleep?

The bed for the fourth person is brought down out of the ceiling above the couch by your stateroom host in the evening while you are at dinner.
