How many are going in 2007 and have actually booked?

We are going to WDW June 18th for 6 nights, I have got my quote and am planning to book, but is this a bit early? I know that it's only the basic package and will have to be upgraded once the packages come out, but should I just go ahead and book??

We are planning on going next year, but we haven't made any reservations. I am waiting to see what happens in August.

We always book as far ahead as possible. I normally book 12-14 months in advance, this way I get EVERYTHING we want without having to settle. Back in the 70's when there was only three hotels on property my mother would "try" to book our trip 2.5 to 3 years in advance !!!! With no guarantee we would get into the hotel we wanted.

We're going the first week of October next year, but have to wait until November to book as we are DVC members and have to wait for our 11 month window to open up.

That is why I booked BC at 499 days out and WL at 495 for our split stay in November, 2007!! I remember my mom being in a panic because at the time we took our 3 family WDW trips, the booking was 2 years out and it was booked at April vacation in days! (Mom taught elementary school.) We stayed Poly twice and it booked on the 2 year mark one year and so we stayed Fort Wilderness--and loved it too.

Both my ressies are room only right now and so required a one night deposit for each, but hey, at least I've paid off 2 nights of the trip!! I was worried since we are going at Thanksgiving and wanted to book early. Also, since I am using AAA discount (not AAA TA), I wanted to be sure to be able to get the discount since the AAA discounts are limited in availability. Can't be too soon once you reach the 500 day window in my opinion. Well, if you have no flexibility in your dates you can't.

We are going May 3-10 2007 and I have our room only ressies made, waiting for the packages to convert.........already have our airline tickets booked and paid for. You can never start too early in my opinion !!!!!

I have booked for April 6 - 13 at POP. we stayed there this Easter and it was great. I too will be changing over to either the AAA room only rate or package if it is better.

We are going in 07 but can't book till Jan for DVC that is 11 months out and the earliest we can book. We are going the first 2 weeks of Dec 07 and it will be our last trip till well not sure how long as we are building a new house.

Booked a 4 night cruise for 6/24 in May!

Thought I had booked 6 nights at GF with Park hopper through AAA last weekend. Thought it was weird that I couldn't add the dining plan yet . I got a phone call about 2 hours later saying it was really just a room-only reservations Oh well, at least I paid the $200 deposit
