How many 1st cousins do you/your SO have?

I grew up with a lot of cousins around (some my age, most older than me), so I was suprised when I got to know DH's family & found out he only had two 1st cousins. His mom is an only child, so that significantly diminished his chances for a large family on his mom's side. His dad has 3 siblings, but they only have 2 kids total! Anyway, my question is how many 1st cousins do you and your SO have?

DS has 19 first cousins.

DH has 66 first cousins.

DH is one of 8 kids, and his mother is one of 8 kids, big Italian families, lotsa kids. I could not tell you half their names!!!

I come from a very big family. Huge is the word I should be using. On my moms side (which we are closest to I have 56 1st cousins. We have aa family reunion ever year. Surprised to learn about the third's removed . Its a blast seeing everyone at those times.
My dads family is just as big but we are not close to his family at all.

I have 6 on my mom's side and I'll guess 20 to 30 on my dad's side (he's one of eleven and I'm not close to most of that part of the family).

DH has 3. (His mom is an only child and his dad only has 1 sibling.)

I have 21 first counsin, however they are MUCH older then I am, I have 2nd counsin's more my age.

Rob (DH) doesn't really know how many first counsin's he has, he was only ever around his mom's side which is 4.

My kids have only 8 first counsins and that's on both sides.

I have 9, but most were much older. I was only close to 4 growing up, now only one that lives close by , but I rarely see him.

DH has 13, but he isn't close to any of them.

I'm an only child. My kids only have 3.

I have 8 first cousins. 4 on each side, though I've never seen the ones on my mother's side. My oldest 1st cousin is 46 and the youngest is 18 (both on my dad's side).

Dh has 8. His oldest is 22 (him and his siblings are actually the oldest grandchildren) and the youngest is 1 year.

DS only has 1 first cousin so far.

I have 15 first cousins, 11 of which I am still in touch with, but I don't get to see them as frequently as I would like to. My husband has 4 and unfortunately is not in touch with any of them.

I have 13 first cousins on both sides of my family. DH has 2 first cousins.

My children have 12 first cousins between my side and my husbands.

I have 3. Haven't seen them since I was about 1 years old. I remember meeting one of them when I was 13 I think. But that's it. My mom only has one brother (his kids) and they dont' speak. My dad was an only child.

DH has 6. He talks to none of them.

My kids have 5.

I'm always fascinated by people with large extended families! Too many "only children" and 2 kid families in our tree.

I have 2. My mother had 1 brother who has 2 children. One daughter who is about 10 years older than I am and a son about 10 years younger. (His kids are more than 20 years apart...but that is another thread )
