How many 1st cousins do you/your SO have?

A grand total of 4....small families...my uncle (mom's brother) has no kids; my aunt has two. My DH's dad was an only child; his mother has a sister who has two kids.

Our kids will only have 3 first cousins.. (I am an only, DH's brother had a vasectomy after triplets!)

I have 19 1st cousins, my DH only has 1.

I have 5 on my mom's side, and 6 on my dad's. I was the youngest cousin on my dad's side until I was 18, when my aunt had my youngest cousin. My grandmother had great-grandkids older than her youngest grandson!
DH has 2 on his mom's side and 4 on his dad's.

I have nine first cousins. Strangely enough, I have no idea how many DH has. He isn't close to his family (except for his immediate family) and I've met very few cousins.

I believe I have 18 first cousins. DH comes from a huge family. He is one of 13. His Aunts and Uncles all had large families too. I'd venture a guess of 50 first cousins for him. Our kids have 3 first cousins on my side and 35 on their fathers side.

Ok, I have 75 or so first cousins. My mom was one of 13, my dad was one of 6, my stepfather was one of 4...I am very fortunate that I have met and grown up with almost all of them. Most of them, (there are just four that I couldn't) I would recognize them walking down the street. My mom's side makes up 48 of them. We are dead even girls to boys and we are all very very close. We genuinely care about each other and like I said, we all grew up together. I am very fortunate...however, Chirstmas gets to be extremely EXPENSIVE!!!!

13 real ones that I know of + 6 from my dad's foster family, whom we've always treated just as blood relatives.

3 have been really close to our family since our moms are identical twins, and another was really close since I lived with her for a while (she is 10 yrs older and "took me in" for a summer)

2 of those moved down to Orlando, so I see them pretty frequently

I have 5 on my Mom's side and 7 on my Dad's side.

DH has 4 that I know of on his Mom's side and 7 on his Dad's side but we don't talk or see them all that often.

My cousins on the other hand are more like siblings to me.

My Dad was the oldest of 14 and all of his siblings besides one had 3 or more children. In other words, ALOT! I have more second cousins than cousins, though, never counted them.

I have 24 1st cousins - all of them younger than me by anywhere from 6 months to 25 years. DH has only 4 - all of them are pretty close in age. DD has 7 - 2 on my side and 5 on DH's side.

I have 51, but 6 of them are double-first cousins. My mom's brother married my dad's sister......Yep, I live in the south!

Our family tree is just a shrub:

I have one first cousin. Mom an only child, Dad has one sister, who has one child.

The exact same thing can be said of my kids, too:
I'm the only child, and hubby has one sister, who has one child.
So they've only got one first cousin, as well!

I actually have 17 first cousins....DH has only met 4 for the most part we are not close. We live very far apart and in about 4 states.
