I laugh and tell them "you're going to trip, pull up your drawers, I don't want to see your butt!!!" they just giggle back and attempt to pull them up a few inches!
Pam:
What's really gross is driving down the road in the summer and seeing all the old men mowing their grass, jogging, etc. shirtless - their "man-****ies" flying in the wind!

Oh man and they always have the biggest belly.yuk!!!!
I believe the fashion originated in prison. A friend of mine is a speaker with the www.truelies.org organization, and when they speak at schools that's one of the facts they present. I have no proof, only what I heard. The fashion allegedly originated in prison to make things "easier". If an inmate wore their pants low it was viewed as an invitation.
DH and I were driving in Trenton area one day and saw a guy with the huge falling down pants riding a bicycle. You guessed it...all that loose material got caught and he and the bike keeled over in the street.
Back to the original siting: You know those weight loss ads where they show a guy or gal standing in one leg of their old "fat pants"? That's how big this skinny guy's pants were. If he had to use one of his hands for something, like the flipping the Jersey State bird, those pants would be on the ground. He could have fit a family of five in there.
Tinkerbellish, I have a question that maybe you can help answer. I've seen a trend lately with females where they show their panties, specifically thongs. I've seen this in the young mostly. Is this along the same line as guys sagging? Just wondering.

Okay, myself I'm not into the whole check out my thong bussiness. I just wanted to make that clear.
But apparently guys find it sexy/attractive. Why? The anwser is beyond me. Maybe seeing string up someones..err..bottom sparks a thought.
For the sagging issue in boys, I see it as boys trying to be well "ghetto". There is this trend to act like a street walking "pimp" from "da hood", so they aquaint that with the saggy ness. If you look t a lot of rap stars and what not today you can see it.
Peronaly, I find http://tinypic.com/1azwg (tony lovato) to be EXTEREMLY attractive, and his boxers are showing....I think it's more in the face though.
