simple question.... when DVC says will receive pin number in mail within 10 days for DVC Members website ... are they usually acurate or way out in left field..... signed papers at DVC office on Sept.17 and still waiting should i start calling or just wait it out ????? I am new to this and hope that what I read on the fourm and website for members will clear the clouds from my mellon

I got impatient waiting and called Member Services. They put me in touch with Tech Services and I was given the information over the phone. I never did receive anything by mail.

I think ours took about 2 weeks to get to us.

Thanks for the information.... I will wait until thursday and then start cracking the whip at them... .... since it is Thanksgiving up here in Canada it will give me something to do on the computer..... DW wants to start planning a huge family trip for Summer 2010 so i need to figure out all the Use year,bank, borrow and all the neat stuff, going to be 13 of us so going to need 2 br villa and regular room to do it ...... lacking a whole lot of info on DVC.....

Call MS and you can access the website today!

It took about a week and a half to get ours!

It took us about two weeks to get our info but then I had some difficulty in logging in. Called MS for assistance and extremely helpful so that I was able to then access.

I just called Member Services today to get mine...we had just sent in our paperwork, and I didn't want to wait for them to send it. The CM was pleasant as can be and gladly gave me the info....call!!

I also called to get my pin and am glad I did because I still haven't gotten anything in the mail and we bought at WDW on Sept 21. I know that really isn't that long but I just couldn't wait They were very helpful and did not seem to mind at all that I called

I called MS about 5 days after we closed, just to see if we were in the system yet. To my surprise, we were! They gave me the info needed to access the website. If you don't have the PIN yet, just call MS and they will get you the info you need.
