We arrive at 14.50 at Orlando International. By what time will we have checked-in at POR if using a car to get there .

Thats almost 3:00, get your luggage and rental car, drive to resort and check in.
If everything go smoothly I'd tack on about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I've done it in less time, but be prepared for delays. Luggage delays, traffic delays and check-in delays.

We have dinner booked at Grand Floridian 18.30.
