How long will PORS bell services hold something

Sorry-just realized I posted this in the wrong thread. Not sure how I did it. Sorry!

Good morning. Weird question, maybe.

We will be at WDW in May (15-20) at SSR. we are driving.

On June 12 a friend is checking in to PORS. They are flying and will not have a rental car. Mom and adult son and probably don't need enough items to warrant a grocery delivery.

Is it possible for me to drive a case of water to PORS during our week with their name and check in date written thereon for them to pick up on 6/12?

You can try, but thats a long time to have them hold something.

Instead of a case of water, could they pack a few refillable water bottles and bring them with?

They could take a taxi or uber to a nearby Target, Walmart or a grocery store. There is also a gas station across from Disney Springs and another one across the road from the Boardwalk Inn. Bell services only has a limited amount of space so asking them to store something for over 3 weeks seems unlikely.
