How long to receive packet from DVC Guide?

Does anyone know how long it takes a guide to mail a packet out to you? I called last Tuesday and spoke to a guide and she said she would send me the packet/contract/info/paperwork (unfortunately I forgot to ask what day it would be mailed). As of today (Monday's) mail I have not received it yet. Mail from FL to NJ usually only takes 2-3 days and tomorrow will be a week. Should I be concerned or am I just being over anxious to be a DVC owner?

Hi Kareneast...

I'm in the same situation. My guide fedexed our contracts last tuesday & I've been on pins & needles waiting.....

Our first info packet (the one with the video) was sent via Fed Ex from Georgia on the 12th & we received it on the 13th.....But this one's taking a bit longer....Hopefully Today!

My packet (well, actually, it's a very large box) was just delivered via Fed Ex....

Glad you got your packet today and also glad I am not the only one anxiously waiting.

I guess if they come FedEx that might be the problem. The guide didn't say anything about how it would be sent. I gave them my mailing address which is a post office box. Hopefully they realized what the address was and sent regual US mail, if not I will hopefully receive a card from FedEx wanting to know where to deliver.
