How long to receive a Disney Photo Book?

Hi everyone

I ordered a Photo Book and calendar from my Photopass account on 13 October. I received one order number for both items. I got a shipping notification just stating the order number, but not the items included, on the 15th, so I assumed that both items would be in it.

I know they often ship seperate items from one order at the same time but in seperate packages, so I wasn't concerned when I received just the calendar on 26th October. However I still haven't received the Photo Book 2 weeks later. Is it time to panic yet? Or should I assume that because it's a lot bigger than the calendar that it will take longer to arrive?

I would send them an email.

I have had things ship separately before but can't remember it taking that long between deliveries.

Once I got the DVD, but not the book. I got the book in the end but it had it delivered on the tracking and I was away at the time and I couldn't find the package anywhere at home. I ended up finding it in my garage as the courier had stuck it under the garage door It was very odd!

But definitely send them an email, they usually respond in a day or two.
