How Long To Get Back to Our Resort Via Bus?

I know this has probably been asked/answered numerous times before, so forgive me in advance. I've tried to search for it, but I can't seem to input the right combo of words to get the info I'm looking for.

We'll be in WDW from 12/27-1/3. On any given day, about how long should we build into our schedule to get back to our resort (Pop) via Disney transportation. An hour? Hour and a half? Not that long?

I've never been during that time, so really can't give you a guess...but the great thing about POP is that it has a dedicated busline...so the busses only go between POP and the parks/DTD and the same on the way back. Some resorts, even deluxes, share busses with other resorts. So in essence you have express bussing at POP...at least compared to those resorts with shared lines. Some people complain even that isn't fast enough, but I've always found the busses at AOA, my "home" resort which also has dedicated service, to be fairly fast and efficient.

Five-seven minutes DHS; seven-ten minutes Epcot; 12-15 minutes AK; about 29 minutes MK. All once the bus arrives, of course.

including the possible wait, an hour from park/resort, at least an hour and a half to go between resorts. Especially that time of year, when it's going to be extra crowded.

Just got back from a trip staying at Pop, only had one really long bus wait, after closing at Hollywood Studios, I don't think the time in line + transit time exceeded an hour though. Pop is definitely the way to go

We always stay at pop, have a very bad problem on trip with all star buses so now we stay at pop.

It is not so much the distance/time of ride so much as wait to get on bus.

We have waited an hour for a bus at Epcot at closing before. The lines are REALLY REALLY long at Epcot at closing. They sent extra buses but it took forever. Buses from other resorts aren't as bad but Epcot is worst.

This has been my exact experience with buses at values. At pop recently, we generally made it to/from DHS in 30 min, including wait time. MK 45ish, AK and Epcot 40ish, except Epcot after fireworks - a very long wait there. However, if we were ever trying for a reservation time, we always allow 60-90 min, just to be sure we won't have to run or stress about waiting for a bus that never seems to be coming!

Thanks so much everyone! I knew the very basic to/from time. But I also know that the week we're there is THE busiest one of the year so I wasn't sure how that would factor in. I will build in 60-90 mins of travel time into our mid-afternoon breaks.
