(Inspired by helenabear and myself ;) )

I work 7.5 hour days which works out to 37.5 hours a week. (Non-paid lunches, paid breaks)

How long's your work day?

I work 3 8-hour days, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. My commute makes the day alot longer, 1 hour each way. I start work at 7:30, leave at 4:30.

I also work 1 day, Tuesday, in my studio, where I usually spend about 5 hours.

5 12 hour days Monday through Friday with an occassional 6th day thrown in when necessary.

That's my paid job. There is lots I do around the old homestead as well.

I work 5, 9-12 hour days... anytime between 7:30am and 1:00 am.... gotta love the restaurant business!

I work 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday. I love getting to work early and leaving early!

I work as a pharmacist in a mental hospital. My hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday -- unpaid lunch 1/2 hour, two paid 15 minute breaks.

BUT the best part for a pharmacist ---

NO NIGHTS
NO WEEKENDS
NO HOLIDAYS

and very little call-in time!

Perfect hours for a working Mom

As you already know Lynne, I work 8 hours a day five days a week. So I get there at 7 am and leave at 4 pm :)

Once school starts back in 12 too-short days, I'll be there from 7:45 until 2:30. Teachers are supposed to stick around until 3, but, you know..... ;) Then I babysit most weekdays from after school until 5ish. I'll sure be missing summertime, with its wonderful no-work schedule..... :(

Well, the hours that I mentioned were for my work days during my co-op term. Once September comes and I go back to University, it'll obviously change. My days will be long... the longest of which is 8:30 am to 9:00 pm STRAIGHT classes all the way through, with a 30 minute break at dinner (no lunch break or any other break). It's a crazy busy schedule, and it freaks me out a little to think of it. ;)

DH works 7am-7pm, (including commute of 30 min each way), so 11 hour days, and ocassional Saturdays for projects.

Me, I'm off summers, but during the school year (Sept-June) 8:30am-3pm most days as a Substitute Teacher. In the Grammar Schools, we only get a 25-30 min. lunch, and maybe a 30 min prep, but in the MS, we get a 45 min lunch, a 45 min prep, and a 45 minute duty. I like the MS!:D

I dont "work" but I consider DH's work schedule mine since that the time Im alone witht he kids. ;)
DH leaves at 6:30 am, is in work before 7:00 and leaves at 5:00. Since hes on salary he can leave a little early from time to time, or take long lunches for appointments which works out nice. But, in general he works 10 hour days and then usually another hour at home and he spends about 40-50 minutes commuting.
11-12 hours/5 days a week.

8 hours--3pm til 11:30pm at the hospital---luckily I only work 1-2 shifts a week:)

Between 2 and 4 hours. I am the bookkeeper/general do whatever at a daycare and just work as long as I have something to do!:p

I work 9am to 7pm with a 1 hour lunch break (not paid) five days a week (twice a month one of my 5 work days is a Saturday). I'm currently looking for a job with better hours.

I work 3:30 til Midnight..8 1/2 hours + that includes 1/2 hour for lunch.:)

I officially leave home 7:00 am and get home about 5:30pm, 5 days a week. That includes a 45 minute commute each way and no breaks. I work in the type of job that I get no breaks, but they supply my breakfast and lunch. I think more importantly that every parent out there will truly answer 24-7.

9 hour workdays with an hour lunch, leave the house at 7.45, get to work at 9.15, leave work at 6.15, get home at 8.

Mine are supposed to be four ten hour days, but those ten hours usually stretch to eleven or twleve. I don't mind though, because it means I make about four or five hours of overtime a week :)

I work 8:45am-5:00pm..five days a week. Have one half hour unpaid for lunch so I work 7.75 hours a day or 38.75 a week..full time at my company.
