Don't have our tickets yet and I just can't remember.

I know we leave Glasgow mid/late morning and arrive some point in the afternoon but I can't remember the length of the flight or the time difference.

Not that it really matters I just want to get my head round it.

Hi. We have just come back and our flight out took 7 hrs 45min which was excellent.

It averages at around 9 hours flying time from Glasgow. Coming back it inevitably is shorter though - usually around 7 to 7 and a half hours.

Also the time difference is 5 hours.

too long etching to get there

Around 9 hours there.
And 7 and half hours / 8 hours coming home with windspeed bumping the tail end :rotfl:

Either way I look at it is,We go to tenerife (4 hours 20mins) I break the flight down into half and then look at it as getting back on the plane and starting again :confused3 :rotfl: Sounds utter madness but works for me.:thumbsup2

I break it down into 3 films and look at it that by the time I have finished watching my third film we will nearly be there. :cool1:

Our Mytravel flight leaves at 10am and arrives at 2.05pm Orlando time, but has been landing 30 minutes early. Roughly 8 and a half hours just now. Flight home is 4.05pm Orlando time arriving back at 5.25am, which is about 8 and a half hours too. As soon as I set foot on the plane I change my watch to the time at the destination to get used to things.

About eight and a half hours from London.

I also do the three film thing. Once you have eaten and taken breaks between films it's over before you know it.

Thanks everyone!! I just really couldn't remember and I knew it was longer in one direction than the other but I couldn't remember if it was going or coming back (it's been 9 years since I went).

I will sit back, watch the films, and read my book but prob not listen to my Ipod as I managed to lose it last week :sad1: :sad2: :sad1: :sad2: - I am in mourning!! Should be able to claim it on the insurance but for the meantime I am missing having my tunes!!

I think we arrive about 3 pm then - hopefully not too tired to do some Disney exploring!! :yay: :yay:
