How long is Story Time with Belle?

I was wondering once you get through the line, how long is Story Time with Belle from start to finish?

it's about a half hour including the full preshow.

I'd say 20 - 30 minutes depending on the CM and the crowd.
Sometimes they are trying to move you through Maurice's cottage / magic mirror and the Wardrobe area - other times they are stalling a bit.

So our FP time is "arrive between 3 and 4"... what time does the show actually start? or is it more of a come-and-go sort of thing? I don't want to get there too late (or too early) and have to wait 20-30 for the next show to start.

They have two show rooms and unless the crowds are really light they will be running both shows simultaneously. You may have to wait a little to enter but if both show rooms are running it will not be the length of an entire show. With FP you will be sent straight in to the pre-show.

Yes, they constantly run shows. They don't have specific start times.

They will admit people from the fastpass line as a pre-show begins and fill in with people waiting in the standby line. With 2 shows running it seemed that they admitted a group to the pre-show about every 10-15 minutes. So if you arrive in the fastpass line just as the doors close you might wait 15 minutes. We were in the standby queue on a hot humid morning and I found the queue to seem to be VERY slow moving. It really wasn't bad, but it felt like it.
