Trying to sort out videographer timings?

Randal Miller is our officiant, if that helps.

We have a 2.30pm ceremony, and STVS say they need to be at ceremony location 30 mins prior to ceremony.

However, I would like getting ready shots done at the Boardwalk, so they don't have far to travel.

With only 2 hours of footage booked, can I fit in getting ready shots, ceremony, and cake and champagne reception at SBP?

Advice would be much appreciated!!

I think ours was 15 minutes long. We had DPS do our pictures, so we had our photographer for 2 hours. He started at 2 and wound up being there well past 4 to get all the shots we wanted after the ceremony and our cake cutting, so I'm not sure you'd have much time to do getting ready video too in a 2 hour shoot.

We also had Rev. Miller for our ceremony last October. Our wedding was at the pavilion and was for 2:30. We started a little early and were officially married at 2:30...so I think the ceremony was 15 minutes. BUT we did not have any wedding party. The parents and grandparents were sat then my fiance headed down the isle, then me. Rev. Miller spoke for a while then poof we were married. Then we did pictures and headed out. Our reception was at the Grand Floridian, and was relatively short too--we don't dance and again there was a total of like 10 people. We were back on our way to the hotel around 4 or 4:30. Soo..2 hours might be pushing it!
