How long have you stayed in a DVC resort?

21 nights splint between BWV and VWL. Our usual is 10 nights a couple of time each year.

We have been averaging 9 nights in a 2br. When the kids are older I can see me and DW staying about 3 wks in a 1BR

We will be staying 29 nights this summer! 22 okw 3 akv 4 bcv. Our previous vacations have been 22, 21 and last year only 16 nights. It's a long flight from sweden thats why we stay longer instead of several trips a year!

Our longest stay has been 8 nights in 2 br at BCV. We are hoping to stay for at least 10 days at BLT in the next few years.

Airfare from Eastern Canada can be expensive for a family, so its 2 weeks once a year for us

I like the longer stretch as it gives you time to unwind....takes about a week just to settle into vacation mode

Resort has been SSR ( hoping to try BLT at the 7 month window this year )

For us, the longest has been 7 nights and that was a split stay between 3 resorts.

For the most part, our plan will be to visit 5 or 6 nights every summer, with a weekend trip every other October and then one night every February.

Once we retire, my hope is to do 4 trips per year--about every 3 months!!!

We're basically week-at-a-time vacationers though we count by night and not by day. So far it's just been Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) but this September we'll be there for 8 nights. 5 nights BWV 2bd, 3 nights SSR studio.

12 nights was the longest for us at Vero Beach. My dd was moving in as a freshman at nearby FL Tech University. She had a week of freshman orientation......then we hung around for part of the second week to make sure she was ok. Things went bad that second week when tropical storm Faye hit the immediate area and a tornado touched down 10 min from her campus ! We were SOOooo glad we had stuck around. The "hurricane emergency kit" that we were encouraged to supply during orientation week was gone and used up by the second week. I was at VB resort when Faye hit. It was not fun !!!!

Our longest stay will be this September; 9 nights at AKV Kidani Village. I'm hoping in 2013 (used all 2012 points) that we can stay somewhere for 2 weeks. I'd be in Heaven. I'm not picky when it comes to the resort just like being at Disney.

15 nights, but believe we changed rooms, partly in a reg room, partly concierge. Coulda stayed longer!

Harry Potter is cutting our 12 days down to 11 this year. I frankly was expecting to hear lots more 12s and 19s in this post, to avoid the higher point weekends. Is the reallocation having an effect already?

The longest we have stayed is 7 days. However, when I retire we are hoping spend up to 30 days there in Jan or Feb.
