How long have you known your Best Friend

Good heavens, has it been 29 years already?!?!?! I've known Suzie since I was 10, and we've stayed friends despite living hundreds of miles apart.

I've known one of my best friends for 23 years and another one for 20. I think old friends are the best. They know me better than any one and I can just be myself around them.

Not to forget, I've been married to husband and best friend for almost 26 years!

DH was told when we 1st met that David was here long before him and will be here long after you . He said he understood and has never had one bit of a problem with it at all

My best and oldest friend is a person I met first day of first grade. We are both 55 now so we have known each other for 49 years. Gosh we are oooooold!! LOL

I met my best friend at the beginning of 2nd grade. It has been almost 42 years (I am dating myself!) We don't live in the same area any more but e-mail and once met at WDW when we were both staying at AKL. We have kids the same age too.

We met in 8th grade -- she moved to Florida 10 years ago -- through the magic of email we talk every day just about. We've been bf's for 29 years.

I have several very good friends, one I e-mail constantly but we've only been good friends for 4 years.

The friend I hang out with the most has been my friend since our boys were in preschool, about 13 years ago.

Another friend I have known since 1978. We met when I lived out in Colorado. We still write to each other but haven't seen each other in years.

I still see my HS best friend now and then when she comes "home" to visit her Mother.

44 years this year!!!! Met in second grade!!! Lived with in 5 miles of each other ever since!! (except the 3 years I was in Germany!)

I have LOTS of Friends,,but MARG, is my longest and BEST friend,,,we know things about each other we will take to our grave___cause if we TOLD BEFORE hand we would be PUT IN A GRAVE LOLOL

My best friend and I have known each other literally since birth. We grew up in preschool and at Sunday school together, then we went to elementary and middle school together as well. We now live in the same apartment complex, just a few doors down from each other, which is wonderful. I guess we really became close in 6th grade, so I will say we have been best friends for 13 years.

I've known my best friend since I was 12. I'll be 28 in September and he's 6 months older than I am. We didn't become really good friends until we were 15, when we were freshmen in high school in the same study hall. Since then, we've been the only two in our group of guys that have stayed in contact with one another. We see each other about 3 times a month or so. He's married, so I don't want to intrude on what he's doing with his wife. I don't know what I'd do without him in my life. He's been through thick and thin with me and he always has a funny way of putting things in perspective. The great thing is that he likes my girlfriend and she likes him, which hasn't happened in the past. I have a lifetime of stories to tell about the things we did in high school, most of them rediculously idiotic, to tell my children and grandchildren. I wouldn't have changed anything about it, though.

I was her maid of honor and am godmother to her 17 year old daughter. I love my best friend.
