How Long From WDW to MCO via ME?

Let's say I have a flight departing MCO at 11 am on a Friday.
I've never used ME before, but I know I have to be on the bus, at say OKW, at 8 am.
But my question is: When will the bus actually arrive at MCO?
Thanks.

It usually takes 45 to 60 minutes depending on when your resort is picked up in terms of order.

In October, we were second to last resort and we were at Mco in 50 minutes.

Typically from OKW the bus will either stop at SSR or CB, and maybe Riv before leaving WDW to the airport.

If I leave OKW on an 8 am bus, I can be fairly sure to be at MCO by 10 am, seems like to me.

Typically you arrive 2 hours prior to your departure time. Some times TSA suggests 3 hours for very heavy travel dates, in that case you will leave OKW 4 hour early, or 7am in your case.

Also note that if you are checking bags at OKW, get there about an hour early, or plan to take them on the bus and check in at the airport. With ME, you will get your boarding passes from OKW so you can go straight to the gate unless you need to check bags.

Is Disney still printing out the boarding passes, even though they're no longer collecting the luggage?
My question is a little misleading, as I am not departing that day. I want to get to MCO to pick up a car. So I will not have a boarding pass that day.

if you don't have a flight booked for that day, I don't think DME will let you go with them. You can get a car on site. Guess service in the check in area will print boarding passes, or at least they use to prior to COVID.

Cars on site are extemely expensive. I used to get my boarding pass printed out when I checked my bag before driving to MCO. I've read the baggage check in areas have been closed down.

Call DME at 866-599-0951 and tell them what you want to do and what time you want to be at MCO to pick up the rental car. They'll book you on a DME bus that will get you there around that time. All Disney resort guests are entitled to a roundtrip on DME, and it doesn't matter how you get to the airport or how you leave the airport. No flight required. This is standard advice on the Transportation board and is a very common procedure.

BTW even though you don't need a boarding pass for a flight - if you did, the Concierge desk at your resort could print one for you. Personally, we use the electronic boarding passes on our phones (add them to our wallets so it doesn't matter whether we have wifi or not).

Last time we left SSR then stopped at OKW, POFQ and finally POR, took just over 1 hour from pick up to MCO

Thanks!
I had called DVC and asked about the trip back to MCO for a car, and the CM told me that they won't do that. I then posted on DIS and someone told me that the CM didn't know what he was talking about. I will try the DME direct.
Good news that concierge will still print out the pass, as it will save a few minutes at MCO. As far as the electronic pass, I am very wary, as I'm afraid of what happens if suddenly the phone doesn't work or the battery dies. A piece of paper is very low tech, and not much can go wrong.

Resort airline check ins are not running at this point in time so all luggage check in and boarding passes is done at MCO...unless, as mentioned above, you ask the front desk to print them from your account for you.

Anyone can ride DME to the airport...you don’t need a flight. Just contact them directly to book. Of course, what others will do...and I have as well...is simply pick a flight for the airline normally flown that would get me to airport around the time I want.
