Thank you.It usually takes 45 to 60 minutes depending on when your resort is picked up in terms of order.
In October, we were second to last resort and we were at Mco in 50 minutes.
If I leave OKW on an 8 am bus, I can be fairly sure to be at MCO by 10 am, seems like to me.Typically from OKW the bus will either stop at SSR or CB, and maybe Riv before leaving WDW to the airport.
Is Disney still printing out the boarding passes, even though they're no longer collecting the luggage? Also note that if you are checking bags at OKW, get there about an hour early, or plan to take them on the bus and check in at the airport. With ME, you will get your boarding passes from OKW so you can go straight to the gate unless you need to check bags.
Cars on site are extemely expensive. I used to get my boarding pass printed out when I checked my bag before driving to MCO. I've read the baggage check in areas have been closed down.if you don't have a flight booked for that day, I don't think DME will let you go with them. You can get a car on site. Guess service in the check in area will print boarding passes, or at least they use to prior to COVID.
Call DME at 866-599-0951 and tell them what you want to do and what time you want to be at MCO to pick up the rental car. They'll book you on a DME bus that will get you there around that time. All Disney resort guests are entitled to a roundtrip on DME, and it doesn't matter how you get to the airport or how you leave the airport. No flight required. This is standard advice on the Transportation board and is a very common procedure. Is Disney still printing out the boarding passes, even though they're no longer collecting the luggage?
My question is a little misleading, as I am not departing that day. I want to get to MCO to pick up a car. So I will not have a boarding pass that day.

BTW even though you don't need a boarding pass for a flight - if you did, the Concierge desk at your resort could print one for you. Personally, we use the electronic boarding passes on our phones (add them to our wallets so it doesn't matter whether we have wifi or not).
