How long from airport to hotel? and then to Disney?

I am trying to decide what to do the night we get there. We bought an extra day at Disney in case we wanted to go the night we got there. Our flight gets in at like 3:28. We have the magic stuff, so they pick up our luggage and what not. So how long will it take us to get from the air port to the hotel (we are staying at AllStar Music)? Then how long to check in and get in our rooms? And then how long to get to Epcot from the hotel?

We are also gonna try to not make an ADR for that night and eat at Italy or Canada. Is this stupid? We have no idea what time we will get there, so I didn't want to make an ADR.

Chances are w/out an ADR you won't be eating in WS restaurants in Epcot. They are always booked solid. It'll probably take 1-1/2 hours to get from airport to WDW and at least 1/2 - 3/4 hours to check in, then another 1/2 to get to Epcot from your resort. That said at the most it'll get you at Epcot after 6pm. The front area, Future World would be closing but you still could enjoy the WS and even make ADR's for 7pm. That should work fine.

On our first night, we like to take it easy and not hit the parks. We usually ride the monorail, watch the MK fireworks, tour some resorts and hit our pool.
