How long for your MyPoints JCPenney order points to post?

We got the merchandise today but I still have not received the points! I purchased over the weekend but I noted some people got the points overnight.

How long should I wait before I start bugging them?!!

If you purchased through one of the 2 points per $ links, they usually don't post the points for 20-30 days. If you haven't received your points after 30 days, e-mail them and attach a copy of the order confirmation from JCPenney. I find that I often have to e-mail them to get the points added, but they are always very good to resolve the problem.

If you made your purchase through a bonus points link (like the Tupperware 800 points that are not tied to the amount of your purchase), they do usually credit these faster--sometimes overnight. My experience has been that if they do not credit the points right away, they will make you wait 30 days to get them. Again, you would need to send them a copy of your order confirmation.

I ordered throught the email I received and got 1500 points credited in 2 days. Haven't got my order yet though.

My points were in my account the next day. I ordered through the email offer for 1500 points.

My points didn't show up yet. I placed my order on 3/27. Funny thing though, I had to go into the regular link for the 2pts/$1 link because 2 of the items were on backorder then turned out to be items that would not ship, anyway those points are already pending. Needless to say I've been playing email tag with Mypoints since 4/28 and I'm starting to get annoyed. The last response I got I was told the "2pts/$1 will be credit in 20-30 days..." and I sent them back a third email the subject was " Will Someone Please Listen to Me!!!"

This is the only thing that bugs me about Mypoints is the way you have to email them. I hate that you do not get to respond back to the "human" that eventually tries to solve your problem.

I did have trouble while I was ordering, I had to reload the page a few times. I'm dying for my points to post so I can cash out for my webbies!

I got part of my order yesterday, but no points have been credited. I will put up a stink if I don't get my 1500 points. I went through the e-mail link, not the regular link on their site. I'll give it a little while longer.

I ordered last week..no points yet. Im going to give them a few then send in an e-mail to see whats up. I had a hard time last year getting my 500 Wal-mart points from them.

I just placed my order through the email (1500 points). I didn't receive the pop up window or anything saying "congrats....blah,blah,blah". Should I have seen the pop up from mypoints?

I tried to order from the link in the email but for some reason I can't get it to go through. I can't even get it to go to the JcPenny site. I know its the last day and I'm such a procrastinator! Ugh!
