How long for TouringPlans subscription?

I hope this is the right place to ask this. I subscribed to Touring Plans 2 days ago, but I still can't access the plans! I've emailed their webmaster but have gotten no response. I hate to pay for it again, but I'm almost desperate because we leave this Saturday. I know I've sort of waited until the last minute, but we're mostly going to just be laid-back on the trip, since we'll have our 2 DS's, who are 3 & 1.5 (plus I'm almost 6 months pg).

Just wondering how long it usually takes for the subscription to start working (it's showing up as a paid item in my paypal).

mine worked instantly

have you tried to login w/your user name and password. you have to try and access a touring plan from the opening page. then you'll get this page. in the upper right is a tan login prompt - click it

you should get the following page and can login in there

Yes, I've tried that. Once I log in & click on a plan, it redirects me to paypal every time.

Mine also was pretty instantaneous, once I received my email back from paypal that the subscription was paid. Are you sure you're using the correct user name and password? Sorry you're having trouble....

Len Testa is a member here at the Dis. He is, if I recall correctly, the guy who does the data collection for the "best days" and numerical ratings for the UG and touringplans.com. If an email to touringplans.com doesn't work, you might try a PM to Len to see if he can help.

Thanks for the help. I'm going to pm Len & see if that helps. If not, I'll just sign up & pay again, since I really want to get plans before we leave.
