Anyone know how long the special attractions are slated to stay at WDW (the stuff that's there for the 50th DL anniversary celebration)?

I e-mailed WDW but so far no answer. Wondering if any of it will be left by next fall.

TIA :wave2:

Hmmm, I'm not sure. I'm interested to find out though.

Just got my e-mail reply from WDW - "Soarin'" is permanent at Epcot (yay!). But I do know some other stuff was brought in as part of Happiest Place on Earth celebration (isn't there like a bike stunt show from Euro-Disney at MGM right now??).
I guess the real question is, how long does The Happiest Place on Earth celebration go on?

Lucky was temporary, Cinderellabration is said to be temporary, LMA clearly cost a fortune to put in, and is unlikely to be going away anytime soon.

Cheers.

The attractions such as Soarin are going to be staying at WDW. Disney isn't going to take out something that cost so much to build and that has been wildly popular since it opened up. By the way, I got this info from a WDW rep. Hope that helps.

Normally when WDW has a celebration, they start them in the Spring/Summer of one year and continue on til the next year til New Years. So I would think some of the 50th year stuff (i.e. Cinderellabration), if it does end, it will end next New Years (2006-2007).

Soarin and Lights Motors Actions were gifts from the other parks as part of the 50th celebration. They will still be there after it is over. The Surprise Celebration will be back after the anniv. Cinderellabration is supposed to go away.
