How long for sit-down?

So we are planning on using the dining plan on our next trip. So each day we will have a table service meal. How long does it normally take you to eat at a table service restaurant? The only times we'll be eatting in the parks are for Sci-Fi Dine-In and Rose & Crowne. Now I'm not exactly looking at taking my jolly time (course I may change my mind ), but ya know.

I'd plan on an hour and a half on the plan, you'll be doing three courses.
