How long for a quote from DU?

I am wondering how long it usually takes for a quote from Dreams Unlimited.

I think on their website they say 24 - 48 hours, and in my experience, they got back to us within 24 hours both times. I'll never use anyone else!

I lost all my reservation numbers, email addresses etc when my (almost brand new) pc last week. I've emailed the 'forgotten' link twice over the last 5 days but haven't had a reply back yet

I got a quote within 24 hours as well. Seemed to be very quick and thorough.
