I'd say about 40 to 50 minutes start to finish.
I was gonna make a comment about how there aren't any female engineers so you must know it was a male, but I don't want to be sexist like that.Yes, it is totally ridiculous....
These washers are actually designed to use 'soak time', SUPPOSEDLY to save water and energy.
There seems to be no actual objective to get laundry actually clean, in a reasonable amount of time.
What ingenious (male) so-called engineers came up with this.
My LG has a quick wash that can be done on 30 min.
but, then I have to run an additional rinse and spin, and add the softener.
As, there is absolutely NO way that the machine actually cleans the laundry, and rinses out the detergent, on that cycle.
So, yeah, in the end, a load of laundry can easily take an hour, or even more.
Speed queen, longest possible cycle is 33 minutes with the load size set at large and the soil level set as heavy. I only use this for towels and husband’s sweaty gym clothes. Otherwise the cycles I use take 26-29 minutes.
