We've never cruised before and I was wondering does it take long to get your sea legs and how long does it take after the cruise to walk normal?

:boat:

You'll have your sea legs pretty quickly. We were used to it by dinner (we had late seating) but if you wear heels, that takes a little adjusting. I personally love the sway.
Coming home takes longer....I can still feel it for about 3 days, but I love it. Makes me feel that if I close my eyes, I'm still on the ship!

After the cruise we are heading to the Poly for 2 nights . . .I'm thinking people might think we are a bit tipsy . .lol:earseek:

As far as I can remember, getting accustom to your "sea legs" didn't take long at all. I don't even think that I noticed it. However, it may just depend on the person.

I think that after the cruise you will walk pretty normal, but there's the "motion" you feel in your head. This can not effect you or only last for 2 or 3 days. Many have reported that they feel the motion for a week or so. Extreme cases have lasted for a month or more (the or more is a medical condition that needs to be taken to a doctor).

Since you'll be at WDW, be sure to ride the Tower of Terror. It gives me some temporary relief from the motion feeling.
