How long does it take between sending in the papers and closing?

We have completed our paperwork and can't wait to be official. How long has it taken between sending in the paperwork (through Disney), receiving approval, and closing? We are so excited and look forward to being official.

We just cleared ROFR 2 days ago, still waiting on papers, but I would like to know this also.

I assume you both purchased resale thru The Timeshare Store. I waited over thirty days after final paperwork and FROR before I got my welcome kit from Disney.

You should be in the system. You will not get the deed for quite a while, but you should be able to book your next vacation NOW!

It should have said in your paperwork when your closing date is. We just sent back our papers, two weeks ago, it said our closing date is in April. I've already banked my 2005 points and booked our vacation. You don't need to wait for closing to start using MS.
