How long do you wait for Busses & Boats

We are staying at Fort Wilderness in August. I am wondering how long to leave to wait for busses and boats to parks. I was thinking about a 1/2 hour, to little time??? We will be going to MK by boat. Typhoon Lagoon by Bus and MGM by bus?? Thanks for any tips you can give me!!!!!!
