How long do the hotel benefits last?

Hi, if I booked a room for one day, say check in Saturday and check out Sunday, when do we get the front-of-the-line benefit? It is for just Saturday or Sunday or both?

You get them from the time you get your key (even if the room isn't ready yet) to the end of day when you check out (so both Sat and Sun).

I have a follow up question. If your room isn't ready, do the Universal hotels have bell services that will hold your luggage if you check in early in the day?

Yes-they take the luggage and a phone number for your cell. They call when your room is ready and when you get to your room you call Bell Services and they bring it up.
