How long do I wait to hear?

I called DFTW on Monday...they said 1-2 business days. How long should I expect to wait before I hear back?

I think they called me back after 4 or 5 days. I know it wasn't 2 days like they said.

I don't remember. I feel like I called on a friday and they called me back sometime the following week.

Anyhoo just hang in there I am sure they will call soon. If not call them again.

For my consultant I called on Tuesday and got a call back on Wenesday afternoon.

I called on a Monday morning and they got back to me by Lunch time on the same day... so I guess it all depends on how busy they are.

they said 2 days for me and I was impatient and as i didnt here from them by day 3 i had called again!! I then got put through to a sales consultant

Remember, there has been several planners that have recently been laid off..I am sure they are dealing with the fallout from losing some consultants and maybe they go in order of when your date is?

I called on a Thursday to give my information. I received a call first thing Monday morning. This was about a month ago, to give you some reference.
