I'm going to be baking about 6 pork chops for dinner in BBQ sauce. 350 for how long? These are the THIN ones, not the regular thick ones. Thanks for any help!

They're going in the oven now, so PLEASE tell me quickly! I'm thinking about 20 minutes

I bake mine for around 30 minutes. Check them around 25 minutes to see if they're done. Overcooked porkchops are NOT good. Good luck!

Oops! I missed the "thin" part. Definitely 15 mins!!

15 minutes in the OVEN???? What am I doing wrong? It usually takes me close to an hour to do them in sauerkraut at 350 in the oven. Thin ones.

I have no luck with pork chops -- either they cook for hours and are still pink, or they cook in seconds and end up like "pork chips".

Thanks guys. I ended up doing about 20 just to be safe. They were a LITTLE tough, but not too bad. Sweet angel, I don't know. When I do it with sauerkraut (before I was married since he hates the stuff, despite being German) I do it stovetop or in an electric skillet.

If you want your pork chops to be tender, brine them for about twenty minutes then bake. Brining really tenderizes the pork chops. Also, it is okay for pork to be slightly pink. Use an instant read therometer that you insert in the center of the pork - 145 and up. Pork is so lean now that if you cook it until it is no longer pink it will often be dry.
