How long did your 2005 Disney planning package take to arrive??

I believe it is a small bi-folded purple booklet that contains several documents that are personalized with your family's name and has alot of info about WDW. This is our first trip and when I opened it it said Welcome Gramlin Family and said alot of stuff about this being our first trip to the World. Pretty cool.

Not this time for us, nicer case (I know what you mean from a couple years back). Much better job this time time around.

Are you talking about the Vacation Planning video? I think their question was about the packet they send after you completely pay off the trip. I know the VPV was in a much nicer case. But I dont think that is what they were asking about. Here:

Claudia, what is an answer book? Does everyone get one? I put a deposit on my ressies but won't pay my balance for a few weeks, til my taxes come in, if that makes a difference. Thanks

I made the mistake of pulling out the video we got last year and watching it over the weekend. Now, I have a really bad urge to go back!! Aaghhh.

I ordered mine over a month ago, sometime after Christmas I believe and I just got mine out of the mailbox today! Haven't watched it yet, but I'm not going to Disney til 2006, so I've got plenty of time to view it.

7-10 days. I ordered mine not quite 2 weeks ago and it got here today. Of course now I have to wait for DH and DD to get home before I can watch it.

How beneficial is the video for a total Disney newbie. My family and I will be visiting WDW for the first time ever in June. We will be staying at OKW. I ordered the video about 2 weeks ago. (I know, kinda like puttin the cart before the horse to make the room ressies first, but I couldn't resist. I got a really good deal by renting points from a lovely DIS member!!)
