How long before checkin did you get your BOG FP email invitation?

I'm 24 days out and haven't gotten an email at all. I don't think we're getting lucky with that this year. My TA said it's a random, lottery-type invite.

I got the email 7 days after I made our FP's for BOG. I would not wait for the email if I were you. As long as you are 27 days out exactly from the day that you want to eat lunch there, you don't need the email invite.

I got mine at about 18 days out.. it was after 23 for sure. I could log on to the site and make FP before I got my invite.

I never got the email. Just went on the site and waited and waited until it allowed me to make a reservation. And yes, it absolutely was legit, because I already used it, last Sunday, and it was AWESOME. Worth stalking the stupid site We ate in the dark room with the ripped curtains. So cool!

I knew about the site [because of here] and was already set up with my Fastpass, but I just got the email yesterday so at least I am official. That's a first. I am DVC and had not done on-line check-in; my resort reservation begins December 2nd [23 days out].

I've been checking the site for BOG FP+ every day and finally at 26 days out I was able to book my lunch FP!!!!!! I had many time slots to choose from too. Just kept refreshing the page until I saw a time I liked. It was so much fun pre ordering our lunch too! I can't wait to try it!!

I received my email invite 24 days before my check-in date.
It was a DVC reservation for 5 people which started 9/3/14.

Still havent received an email and we dine there next week! This was the case for our july trip as well but had no issue booking or eating there back then either! No need to wait as long as you have the link and a valid onsite reservation and are within 27 days of your trip! Its an awesome meal! The best of our entire july trip!

The other day while on the phone with a CM, she asked me if I had gotten my invitation yet. I told her no. She then instructed me on how to get to the fast pass site and make my own. She was so nice I didn't want to tell her I'd already done that, lol. Still, it was nice to have a CM volunteer the info, rather than have to ask.

We arrive on the 12/6, and we got the email on 11/15. We have a dinner reservation, so didn't book one.

I'm stalking the site effective immediately to see when we can get in. We're at that point right now and it's about every 2 hours to see when it's live.

The system currently only allows you to make a pre-booking within the first SEVEN days of your hotel stay, and those dates will still only open up one day at a time (there is no "arrival date plus 10" system like there is with ADRs). So if you are arriving on August 28th, then on August 1st you can book for your first day, on August 2nd you can book for your second day, on August 3rd for the third day, etc., up to a maximum of seven days into your stay.

I never got an invitation.

It is interesting that not everyone gets an invitation email... especially if there are no longer taking walk-ups/stand by.
I also didn't get an email invite - I just booked it myself through the site.

about 25 days out. I had already made BoG fast pass.
And that is the first time I have received an invite in 5 resort stays.
