How long are planning sessions?

How long do planning sessions last? My food tasting starts at 9:30am, do you think we would be 1 or 2:00pm?

FYI-we will be using an outside vendor for chairs, linens and flowers

the tasting will be done in a little over an hour, maybe even faster if you are happy with all your choices.

If you're using outside vendors than I think the second session at Franck's will be very fast. You go over the timeline of the day, any ceremony add ons you want then taste cake. After the floral lady comes in but bc you are going with an outside vendor for all those it may be very quick.

The session at Frank's will probably be no more than 2 hours for you. We did the timeline and cake pretty quickly, what took the longest was choosing flowers/linens/and arrangements. And you don't need to do that so tops, 2 hours.

Our was pretty fast because we knew what we wanted and I had pictures! Our planning session was from 9-11 and food was 2:30-3:30

My appointment confirmation reads...planning session is for 9:00am and the tasting is at 9:30am...so I would guess it's back to back, not tasting first and then come back in 2-3 hours for the planning, right? It should say it on the confirmation anyways, right?

mine was the same way. We got to Franck's at 9 am, we went over a few things and went to the tasting at 9:30. After that we came back to Francks and went over the rest of the stuff.

Are your events at the GF? That's probably why you meet at Francks first and then go to the GF kitchens for your tasting. Then back to francks for the planning

For my planning session, I'll be meeting my planner at Franks from 9am to 1pm...have a break for an hour and then come back for the tasting at 2:30 at the Yacht club. It seems like its going to take up the entire day, but perhaps the tastings are different in length depending on where our reception is and which kitchen you meet in. Idk, Im excited either way 26 days til I go
