How long are Christmas Decoration hanging?

We are going to WDW 1/1-1/7 and I was hoping that the decorations will all still be hanging. I was told everything looks so beautiful. How long do they keep the decorations up for?

In my experience, the Holiday decorations disappear rather quickly right after January 1. Do your resort hopping early in your trip. The Osborn LIghts at MGM should be up until January 7, though.

They usually disappear around marathon time (first weekend in Jan after the 1st.

The Christmas decorations don't disappear quite as fast as the previous two posters say they do......you'll likely see all or most of the decorations during the time you're there.
We go the third week of Jan and many of the decorations are still up at that time........although it's true during the second and third weeks you'll discover entire areas are taken down literally overnight. If you see something you want pictures of don't wait. LOL
