How lomg until luggage arrives in room?

Hi there

we are just trying to sort out our first day on our first trip to dlrp.

We arrive on eurostar at 13.27. If we use the luggage thing where you leave your bags and they take them to your room for you...what time would it be when they were actually delivered again?

We have booked bbwws for 6.30pm that evening and have heard you need to be there from an hour before. So we know from 5.30pm - 8.30pm we will be there, but not sure whether we might then want to stay out and watch Dreams....so then wouldn't arrive to hotel till late so wouldn't really want to be sorting out bags etc then.

So if we were to go to hotel before bbwws at about 4pm...would the luggage have arrived? Or are we better going to the hotel first ourselves and checking in with luggage..but then heard you can't go in rooms until 3pm...so we would end up waiting around I should think?

I wouldn't worry about being at BBWWS for an hour before. It's just a pre-show thing. We only turned up about 20 minutes before and there were loads of people who were behind us.

We normally wait until between 3 and 4 to check into the hotel and our bags are usually there when we do. I think they must get loaded up and transported to the hotels shortly after the Eurostar arrives.

The luggage isn't taken to your room but a dedicated luggage area at your hotel or at least thats how it works at The Cheyenne. When you hand in your luggage at the disney express desk they tell you what time it will be at the hotel for you.
