How late Palo's??

Are the dinner reservations at Palo's as structured as in the other restaurants. What I'm getting at is...how late is Palo's open till. Can you schedule a dinner reservation at 9:00 or even 10:00? Thx.

It varies, but generally the latest you can schedule a reservation is around 9:00 pm.

We did a double dip on the first night of the 3 day Wonder last year May 2001. Our normal seating was at 6:00PM so we booked Palo's for 9:00PM. That was the first night of rough seas and DH was too sick to eat at Palo's so he had a wonderful soup and I had ravioli and dessert. The service was very good, and we sat near a couple that were on their honeymoon. It was fun, too bad so many people were not feeling good that first night.
