How late for Palo?

We will have the early dinner seating, and I was wondering if we would have time to try dessert at Palo? We are on the 3 night Wonder cruise.

You should have plenty of time. Palo is open at least until 9:00. I would think you'll be finished dinner in the dining room by 8:00pm at the latest. Another option is to have an appetizer and/or a drink in the dining room, then leave a bit early and have dinner at Palo.
