I am suited up, adulterated hot cocoa in hand, good ol' Zippy is holding down the best spot on the sofa~
this week is peak foliage time in our neck of the woods, & the trees are fiery
If anyone's headed up this way, be warned there are no hotel rooms to be had--unless someone should cancel last minute.

Hey Jean .. Good morning.... I guess my frame of mind is already in work mode. Dsis stopped by to grab some stuff in my car and off she go to work at around 11:30PM and here I am wide awake.... I think am going to start uploading pics and start my TR in WORD so by Tuesday :yes:: I am off again Tuesday to Thurs, dont know how it happend but it is crazy that I am only going back to work for one day ) it will be ready to be posted....

Jean, you have me jealous!! I love Fall in New England. It's the only season I miss. I miss going to the fairs, and picking out pumpkins. Down here we really can't put any pumpkins out until the week of Halloween or they will be mush.

I did put up my Halloween dcorations today, so it's looking a tiny bit like fall.

Tonight I worked. We had an oldies concert

We let the DD take her car back up to college. now I will be worrying every day and night.

That is a great time to go! I used to go that week all the time.
We do a ladies trip too, but it's usually mid October. We have anywhere from 25-45 of us go each year!! Right now I'm on a 10 day countdown! One week without hubby or kids!!

I envy you Cheryl!!! My 5 nite 6 day trip went just like that. Thank God I don't have mom every trip. Whew!!! We love her but...
Anyways... it will be another 3 years till she goes back. We took her last 2003 and now 2005 so we think maybe 2009

I am really taking in consideration the last week of january 2007 or mid february for a solo trip since dsis starts Nursing school she cant be taking a week here and there like now
