Hey all! Im going to mnsshp on tues the 13th and staying at port orleans. I was wondering how late the buses have been running from MK to the hotels after the party?

In my experience, buses run for at least one hour after the park closing, although if there aren't many guests left, they may begin to consolidate bus routes at or before that point.

Personally, I prefer to take the bus to and from the MK because of how the parking is set up at the MK (having to go to the TTC either via the ferry or monorail).

Even if you are the last ones out they will not leave you stranded.

Transportation is provided until every single guest is cleared from the park.

Just to jump in...last year we did the later villians soiree during mnsshp and got out around 1245 and we were still ok to get a bus rite to our hotel with no wait or problems. I was worried leading up to it about times but youll be ok

On a party night, with a midnight closing, most drivers are scheduled to work anywhere from 2am to 3:30am.

What this means is that there will be sufficient buses available until the park is completely clear of guests. This is typically 1-2 hours after the published closing.

Yep - same as any other night at any park. The last few buses aren't released to be shut down until the park is completely empty.

And they stop at any hotel the guests are staying at?
Yes, as long as there is a steady stream of Guests exiting, service continues to all resorts. But when the stream is down to a trickle, buses go only to resorts that Guests are wanting to go to. That includes resorts normally served by monorail or watercraft, after the monorail or watercraft have closed for the night.

Thanks so much for your help!

Me too!

As others have said, they'll continue to run buses as long as there are guests in the parks. They will probably consolidate bus lines, so it'll be a longer trip than what might be normal, but you'll still get back to your hotel (as long as it's a WDW hotel).

In actuality, when the guest flow is down to "stragglers" They will be instructed to board the nearest bus and then will be taken directly to their resort. There will be buses lined up to do this until the park is empty.

When I was driving for one of these late nights, we did this all the time. There would be 10-15 buses sitting at the load zones waiting for guests. A coordinator would direct them to a bus and off we went.
