How late can we activate AP's at the TTC?

Just curious, as we will probably arrive at WL at 7 p.m. and I didn't know if that was too late to activate them. If it is too late, how late can we activate them at Downtown Disney?

Hours of the ticket booths at TTC depend on the hours of the MK.

If you go at a time of year when MK (and thus the TTC) closes early, DTD GUest Relations are open until at least 11:00 pm. Keep in mind that Epcot is open until 9:00 pm every night. That may be easier and quicker for you to get to and return from than DTD.
