How late can a character breakfast be?

After reading on the Budget forum about the free character breakfast with the purchase of PHP from Paramount, I was wondering if one couldn't turn it into a free lunch. When do they stop serving at character breakfasts, like Chef Mickey's?

i don't know about chef mickey's, but we got an 11 am ps for 1900 park fare.

According to Deb's site, breakfast at Chef Mickey's is from 7am-11:30am.

We have a 11:00 PS in a few weeks. If that helps

We have the latest seating in August for the Norway Storybook Princess Breakfast, and it's at 10:20. I guess that one isn't a candidate for early lunch.
