How Late are CS in DTD Open?

I was wondering how late places like WPE and Ghiradelli are open until in DTD. Wasn't sure if they have set hours all the time, or if they're open later in busier seasons when the parks are open later? We'll be going in September, and was wondering if they're open late enough to go after the parks close. Thanks!

Every restaurant is different, but mostly 11. Sometimes 10:30, sometimes 11:30 or even later for places like Raglan Road. Depends on the season and day of the week.

Last sept. WPE,Ghilidelli were both open till 11:00, but you can google the # of both places and call a week before you go to get exact times.

I believe from Sunday - Thursday they close at 11:00 PM, however on Friday and Saturday they close at 11:30 PM.
