How is weather at end of April/beg of May?

I'm just starting to think about taking a trip with my Mom at the end of April/beginning of May 2005 to take in the Flower Show at Epcot. My Mom's never been to anything but the MK about 30 years ago and I know she'd love to see everything I keep talking(and talking and talking) about.

How's the weather that time of year? How will crowds be if Easter is the end of March? Is the Flower Show as wonderful as other Disney events?

We've gone the first 2 weeks of May the past 4 years. Weather is starting to get hot - low 90's but little rain. Crowds are low. Flower & Garden is nice.

We have gone down a coulpe of times the end of April, beginning of May, and while hot I thought is was quite manageable. As for how the crowds will be if Easter is the end of March. I don't know, but they were never bad any of the times we have been there.

The Flower and Garden Festival is great, the flowers are very pertty and I highly recommend doing the bruch that they offer.

We have been down there the last week of April, beginning of May and I have to say I think it's my favorite time. Definitely more crowded than in February but I'm tired of freezing and appreciate the warmer weather. I'm from Wisconsin and we get cold enough here, I don't need to go to Florida and freeze! One year we got rain at that time but it was warm enough that it wasn't bad. I love the warm evenings.

We were there in May 2001, and totally loved it. We were there there on Mother's day thru the next week.

Beautiful weather, and low crowds.

Our next trip is scheduled for May 2005. Just got back a couple of weeks ago, but did not like Oct. I don't think we would enjoy the heat of the summer, and have done the Christmas thing. My hubby says never again at Christmas. Loved the atmosphere, but not the crowds.
